Absolute biggest piles of trash on the market...drive pulley came apart at 6 months....blades dull after second mowing...fuel gauge quit working and had to replace solenoid at 6 months....forgot to mention right off the bat the rear tire decided to have a warp in it ....buy something else ...they cut like crap with new blades on them also...came cutting like crap....dont take my word for it...buy one and find out for yourself

My wife purchased one of these for me for Father's Day. Thanks honey. The personal pace option very nice. Other than that I would not purchase this mower. During recycling leaves pull out the front and over the top, and out the right side front wheel so much ends up on top of the mower. Not at all I expected. I wish she would have got me the Honda

These batteries just don't seem to last for how much they cost. I would advise against it until the technology is more cost effective.

Please consider bring your production back to the USA from Mexico, at least for the mowers you sell here stateside. It makes a difference for a lot of us. I can't with a clear conscience buy one after finding out it's made in Mexico. I will buy a Cub Cadet SC500K instead. Thanks for reading this.

FYI if you buy this mower or any other toro ones, you have to request that toro mails you the rear discharge attachment because it doesnt come included in the box. bigbox stores will usually register the product warranty when you buy it so you have to ask them, if you register it yourself then you have to request that they mail you the discharge attachment.

We have the black 163CC aluminum one. A step up from the one in the video. Great mower but it’s really hard to start for my wife. Takes too much muscle. (And she’s not dainty) our eight year old Toro is much easier to start. Any suggestions? Could something be wrong with this one?

Bought it yesterday from Lowes because it said it could cut 3/4 acres. Well it did after i had to stop and start and empty the bag 15 times! Used it once and now returning it to buy a craftsman.

So after a LONG time of refusing to buy Toro products because the mower I bought refused to work, and Toro refused to help me with it. We decided to try a Toto battery powered mower. It seemed to have the best deal at Home Depot. BIG MISTAKE AGAIN! First, the instructions are so poorly written that you kind of have to guess how to get it together. I take the battery out, and hit the little test button, to see if it is charged. Now in the land of logic, the 4 LEDs would light up... all 4 for full, 3 for 3/4 full, etc. In the insane world of Toro, all 4 light up, and then each turns off one at a time, until no LEDs are lit... WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN?? WHY? WHY DO YOU DO THIS! So, I determine the battery is not charged (thanks for that Toro). So I plug the battery in to charge... and the charger just flashes a red LED. Based on the "Why bother legend" it apparently means that the battery is full, or the battery is completely dead. From looking online, apparently it means the battery is completely no good... so, once again, after 10 years, I get a Toro mower that can't cut a single blade of grass.

Toro lawnmowers are the worst despicable pieces of shit you can buy. We had one and all it did was bog, clog, and stall. 600 bucks we will never get back!

The problem is buying mowers from big box stores (Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply.) They don’t seem to know how to properly prepare a mower or tractor for delivery. Buy from an authorized dealer. Support your locally owned businesses.

Grass clippings fly out from the front right tire while recycling. Gets all over the mower and yourself.

I have my 2011 Superbagger with the Honda engine. It cuts tall grass and holds a lot of clippings. 13 years later a nd still kicks ass. 👍💪

Was going to buy a Toro this year, but Toro no longer makes a true side discharge (from right side, between wheels) I do not want a rear deflector. Went with MTD because of this, even though Toro is a better build in my opinion. But seriously Toro, not even a single 21/22" unit with side discharge? This is the only clean way to mow thick/tall and often wet grass, without clogging and making a mess.

So you have a high rpm machine, that gets hot, and sole purpose to work and cut lawn in some demanding environments, and your promoting no oil change? Seriously guys, are we to believe the oil you provid is so superior it lasts the life of the mower? Are we to believe the oil will never ever get dirty or break down, are we to believe there no wear taking place inside the motor.. please take that nonesence advertising down.. I assure you its hurting sales and reputation

I think there's some need for instructions for putting this together when you get it from a store and they've put it together but they haven't tightened everything there's bolts that are loose. Additionally we bought one just yesterday and the o and I of on and off is very confusing for some people especially those with Alex and the o and I of on and off is very confusing for some people O / I I think putting on and a big x as off might make a difference I don't know it's just crazy because my husband's been screaming at me about what what does it mean which is which.. Additionally the instructions that were given to us were all in Spanish '80s some odd pages of it only 10 pages were in English since I printed it out and handed it to my husband. And he's a cranky butt about things and I'm taking the brunt of it. There's a bracket a plate hanging down and it's loosely put on wasn't Titan so we don't even know if it really belongs or if it's another type of shield. The fact we bought another cheapy one from China online on Amazon which I told my husband I didn't want to purchase.. that was a piece of crap The first time he used it it blew up I'm not joking It claimed to clock the whole engine just was bizarre. And I'm one of the wives that now can say I told you so Go to the store where there is people who understand these products. Well we went to tractor supply and they don't really understand what these are somebody put them together but those people are probably long gone and nobody Good answer any questions.... D&b would have been a better one here in Emmett Idaho to have had those Toros in but the ones they had at D&B were way too expensive! I just bought the all black edition 163cc Recycler personal pace smart stow at their discounted price online free shipping to my door. Don't have a truck to pick it up and was trying to figure how I was going to get it. Replacing my 2012 purchased Lawnboy 20" rwd push mower with Brigg&Strat motor that's been serving me well for 12+ years.

I bought one in 2021 and liked it alot, but sold it with my mowing setup. I was considering a new one, and would've already bought one if the new handle bar wasn't so poorly designed. I'm American, I have a gut, I don't care to get jabbed in my gut by the handle when I'm out mowing.
